De aangewezen oli\u00ebn om de lucht te reinigen, sterk antibacterieel en goed in schoonmaakprodukten te gebruiken. Monoterpenen zijn niet duur en ruiken schoon.\r\n\r\nHoudbaarheid:<\/strong> 2-3 jaar[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Sesquiterpenen ” tab_id=”1521105584391-af1fa431-72ac”][vc_column_text]De groep Sesquiterpenen is niet gemakkelijk te generaliseren. Voor het grootste deel zijn ze huidvriendelijk, werken goed tegen ontstekingen en pijn en kunnen ook kalmerend en centerend zijn.\r\n\r\nWaarschuwing:\u00a0<\/strong>Kijk wel uit met Zwarte Peper bij een gevoelige huid en Mirre bij zwangerschap.\r\n\r\nHoudbaarheid:<\/strong> 6-8 jaar[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Monoterpenolen ” tab_id=”1521105844856-1b913b51-9b3c”][vc_column_text]Monoterpenolen zijn huidvriendelijk, helpen tegen infecties, versterken het immuunsysteem en emotionele balans. Meestal Base notes, werken kalmerend, huidvernieuwend, aardend en ontstekingswerend.\r\n\r\nHoudbaarheid:<\/strong> 6-8 jaar of langer[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Esters ” tab_id=”1521106904642-895b9c6e-0636″][vc_column_text]Esters hebben meestal een heerlijk fris of bloemig aroma en werken hoofdzakelijk rustgevend en ontkrampend, dit is de eerste groep waar je aan denkt voor anti-depressieve werking, slaapbevorderend en verzachtend voor het centraal zenuwstelsel.\r\n\r\nWaarschuwing:<\/strong> De uitzondering is wanneer ze Methyl Salicylate bevatten zoals in Wintergreen en Berk.\r\n\r\nHoudbaarheid:<\/strong> 3-5 jaar[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Aldehyden ” tab_id=”1521106940253-b764619b-f353″][vc_column_text]De familie van de Aldehyden heeft essenti\u00eble oli\u00ebn met een heerlijk citroenaroma. Het zijn essenti\u00eble oli\u00ebn tegen schimmels en ze werken krampstillend. Aldehyden zijn puur vaak irriterend voor de huid. Ze zijn verkoelend in warme omstandigheden.\r\n\r\nHoudbaarheid:<\/strong> 2 jaar niet langer, dan ok voor schoonmaak, maar niet voor de huid.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Fenolen ” tab_id=”1521106960485-0a62c490-66ae”][vc_column_text]Fenolen vormen\u00a0geweldige familie maar NOOIT onverdund op de huid gebruiken. Deze oli\u00ebn zijn sterk werkend tegen infecties en sterk immuunsysteem stimulerend, maar heeft belangrijke veiligheidsproblemen.\r\n\r\nWaarschuwing:<\/strong> Fenolen zijn sterk irriterend voor de huid en slijmvliezen, je hoeft maar Kruidnagel of Oregano rond de ogen of de mond te ervaren om dit te begrijpen.
